James Cook saw one target but did not have a carry in the Bills' win over the Ravens.
Fantasy Impact
Cook has yet to be heavily involved in the Bills' offense, but the rookie out of Georgia still has time to get things going. The upside for Cook seems to be getting a bit smaller with the increased usage for Devin Singletary, but fantasy managers should exercise caution considering cutting the rookie RB. Cook will have a chance to bounce back against the Steelers in Week 5.
