Joe Mixon (concussion) off the injury report

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, RB Joe Mixon is off the Cincinnati Bengals’ injury report and is expected to play Sunday. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Mixon missed the last two games with a concussion, but he was reportedly held out of the second out of precaution. Mixon is set to play, placing RB Semaje Perine back in a backup role. Against the Browns, a struggling run defense, Mixon will likely see plenty of touches in his first game back.
