Tyler Conklin totals 80 yards in Week 17

Conklin saw his highest receiving yard total since going for 84 yards in Week 3. Despite some volatile performance swings throughout the season, Conklin has brought a consistency to the Jets' tight end position that they haven't had since the Dustin Keller days (and that's not saying much). Conklin has had a successful first year (at a shallow fantasy position like tight end) in New York, hauling in 56 receptions for 539 yards and three touchdowns. Conklin needs just five more targets, six receptions, 55 yards, one touchdown, and three first downs in Week 18 to set career highs in all five categories.
