Brandin Cooks being traded to Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys are in the process of trading for Houston WR Brandin Cooks. (Jeremy Fowler on Twitter.)
Fantasy Impact:
Cooks had previously stated that he hoped the Texans would trade him this offseason, and it appears he will get his wish. In his nine-year career, Cooks has tallied 630 receptions for 8,616 yards and 49 TD. Assuming the trade occurs, the 29-year-old's fantasy value will improve, moving from the QB carousel in Houston to Dak Prescott.
