As was reported by Matt Rybaltowski of Sports Handle, an unnamed player on the Indianapolis Colts is being investigated for placing hundreds of wagers, including on the Colts. (Ari Meirov on Twitter)

According to the initial report, the source claims that the player is not considered a superstar, though an “ardent NFL fan has probably heard of him.” The player is also currently on the team’s roster and was placing wagers in both 2022 and 2023.
