McNichols recently worked out for the 49ers as the team searched for a running back to replace the injured Elijah Mitchell. The 27-year-old last played with the Titans in 2021, registering 156 yards on 41 carries in 14 games. McNichols likely will have limited fantasy value if he makes the 53-man roster.
