Jadeveon Clowney, Ravens agree to terms on one-year deal

Jadeveon Clowney (DE - CAR)

According to NFL Insider Ian Rapoport, former first-overall selection and 3x Pro-Bowler Jadeveon Clowney has signed a contract with the Ravens. It’s a one-year deal worth a maximum value of $6M, per Rapoport. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact
Clowney has bounced around in his career, never fully meeting the expectations of being selected first overall. However, the 30-year-old has shown he still has some juice left, starting 24 games over the last two seasons in Cleveland, including a nine-sack 2021 campaign. The veteran pass rusher joins a Ravens defense that is in need of a pass rusher alongside young players like David Ojabo and Odafe Oweh.
