Kyren Williams could be Rams’ preferred pass-catching back
by Brian Fisher | Rams Correspondent | Fri, Aug 25th 3:44am EDT
Kyren Williams looks like he is currently the front-runner to be the Rams' pass-catching back. (The Athletic Staff)
Fantasy Impact:
Williams only played in 10 games his rookie year averaging four yards per carry and eight yards per catch. Cam Akers is the running back ahead of him and will also take most of the carries. Sean McVay loves a committee system so don't count Williams out. He will be controlling the majority of 3rd down scenarios being the pass-catching back which means more volume and more opportunities.
