Fantasy Impact:
Houston-Carson signed with Baltimore this offseason after a long tenure with the Bears, but the Ravens are releasing him and he could be looking for a new team soon. He isn't a game-changing player at this point in his career, so his presence on a new team probably wouldn't have a major impact on their defense.
