Cordarrelle Patterson (thigh) is not on the injury report ahead of Atlanta's Week 3 matchup against the Detroit Lions. (Will McFadden on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
A thigh injury has left Patterson with an injury designation and forced him to miss the past couple of weeks, but he's over it now and is no longer listed on the injury report. He should be available to play at full capacity, and it will be interesting to see what kind of role they utilize him in what could be a high-scoring affair against the Lions.
