Harmon has been a member of the Ravens' practice squad this season, but he's getting poached and signed by the Bears. They have one of the worst defenses in football and are looking to beef up their dismal secondary with an experienced veteran. He won't be a difference maker on this defense but should be an effective depth piece moving forward.
