Ramsey will not play this Sunday and will be eased back into action as he returns from meniscus surgery. Ramsey is ahead of schedule and will bring some much needed help to the secondary of the Dolphins. The veteran will likely return after the Dolphins’ bye week, giving him plenty of time to ramp up in practice.
