Fantasy Impact
Bridgewater is reportedly preparing to hang up his NFL uniform for good after this season. The first-round pick from 2014 has spent the campaign as Jared Goff's backup in Detroit, seeing virtually no in-game action to this point. Bridgewater is a one-time Pro-Bowl selection who has thrown for over 15,000 yards and 75 touchdowns. He has posted a 33-32 record as a starter while playing for six different NFL teams. Bridgewater says his next step is to coach high school football.
