Tart could join 2023 teammate Sheldon Rankins in Cincinnati after the two played together in Houston. In 11 games with Tennessee last season, Tart had eight tackles for loss but was waived and claimed by the Texans. Tart could help provide depth for Cincy's defensive interior.
