Fantasy Impact
Harty's impact will mostly be felt in the special teams unit. As a former special teams pro-bowler in 2019, he will provide some explosiveness to the Ravens' return game. Harty's arrival will not impact the usage of the likes of Zay Flowers and Mark Andrews.
