Chiefs DL Isaiah Buggs had two misdemeanor warrants filed against him on charges of cruelty to dogs in the second degree. (ESPN.com)

Buggs was charged in Alabama where he played college football. According to court documents, the Tuscaloosa Police Department received a report that "two dogs were being left on the porch of a home rented by Buggs" and they had no access to food or water. Buggs’ agent, Trey Robinson, denied the charges. He joined the Chiefs’ practice squad in January.
