Fantasy Impact:
Freeman was a free agent after being released by the Dallas Cowboys in August, but now joins a Cleveland backfield full of questions with Nick Chubb still recovering from a serious knee injury. The veteran running back will need to carve out a sizeable role before fantasy managers should consider rostering Freeman.
