Chris Givens traded to the Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens have traded a conditional draft pick to the St. Louis Rams for wide receiver Chris Givens, who will replace wide receiver Michael Campanaro. Campanaro has been placed on injured reserve with a back injury suffered in Thursday night’s 23-20 overtime win in Pittsburgh. (Ryan Mink - Baltimoreravens.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Givens comes into a very beat up WR group. With Campanaro and Steve Smith both suffering back injuries in the Week 4 win against the Steelers. Givens has an opportunity to add a spark to the return game and provide solid slot receiver value for Joe Flacco. Temper any fantasy expectations until we see how Givens will be used in the offense.
