Tutu Atwell returns to Rams on one-year, $10 million deal

Fantasy Impact:
This is a bit of a surprise after it had been reported last month that Atwell was unlikely to return to the Rams. He caught just 42 passes last season for 562 yards. It is possible he takes on a bigger role next year if the Rams move on from Cooper Kupp.
