The Raiders re-signed EDGE Malcolm Koonce to a one-year, $12 million contract.
Fantasy Impact:
Koonce missed all of last season with Las Vegas, but remains with the Raiders on a prove-it deal. Las Vegas had been hoping to re-sign him heading into free agency.
