Elijah Moore gets unrestricted free agent tender

The Cleveland Browns have placed an unrestricted free agent tender on free agent WR Elijah Moore, a rarely used tender, after he visited with the Buffalo Bills. (Field Yates on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
According to the NFL's website, "unrestricted free agents who have received a tender from their prior club by the Monday immediately following the final day of the NFL Draft" have a free agency period that lasts from "March 12 to July 22 (or the first scheduled day of the first NFL training camp, whichever is later)." By placing a UFA tender on Moore, the veteran wideout will contribute to Cleveland's compensatory pick formula if he signs elsewhere. However, if he does not sign with a team by the end of his free agency period, he will sign a deal with the Browns worth the value of the tender, $3.428 million.
