Karlaftis has developed into a key part of a talented Chiefs defensive line headlined by superstar DT Chris Jones. In three seasons in K.C., Karlaftis has totaled 24.5 sacks and elevated his pressures from 49 as a rookie to 83 and 76 over the last two seasons. He will stay with the Chiefs through the 2026 season as the sides potentially work toward an extension.
