Germaine Pratt signs one-year deal with Raiders

The Raiders signed LB Germaine Pratt, formerly of the Bengals, to a one-year, $4.25 million contract. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The deal includes another $500K in incentives. Pratt was released by the Bengals as a cap casualty. He should compete for a starting role at linebacker for the Raiders this season.
