Fantasy Impact:
The deadline for Chargers rookies to report is coming up. Harris is the first rookie to take a stand with 30 of the 32 second-round picks unsigned because of a disagreement over guaranteed money. It will be worth monitoring to see if this move leads to more second-round rookies holding out as well.
