Geno Smith, Raiders starters 'ready to go' for preseason

Fantasy Impact:
While it is not formally confirmed that the Raiders will bring out the starters for their preseason opener on Aug. 7, Carroll seems optimistic about his team's preparedness. If starters like QB Geno Smith do play, it will likely be in limited action as they get their first live-action reps together in a new offense with several new players.
