It is being reported that part of the reason that Nabers has been held out for 11-straight days is a back injury that he is dealing with. It is being described as minor, but it's unclear if it will affect his status for Week 1 at all. He is already dealing with minor toe and shoulder issues as well, and it's a bit concerning to see the injuries continue to pile up for him before the regular season begins, especially considering that he is expected to shoulder a large workload during the season.
