Jake Haener re-signing with Saints' practice squad

The New Orleans Saints are bringing back quarterback Jake Haener on their practice squad, who they drafted in the fourth round of the 2023 NFL Draft. (Nick Underhill on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Haener has started one game for the Saints in two seasons, playing behind QB Spencer Rattler following Derek Carr's injury in 2024. Haener was waived after losing the QB battle this season to Rattler and rookie Tyler Shough, but he is returning as their QB3 on the practice squad.
