Brandon Codrington has signed a reserve/futures contract with the Houston Texans. Codrington was released by the Bills in late January. (Pro Football Rumors on X)
Fantasy Impact:
Codrington, a member of the All-Rookie Team in 2024, has primarily been used as a kick/punt returner during his professional career. In 2024, Codrington ranked seventh in the NFL with 619 combined kickoff and punt return yards. He finished fourth in the league in punt return yardage (313) and yards per punt return (11.6). Last season, Codrington returned 14 kickoffs for 375 yards while appearing in only four games. While he more than likely won't see much time defensively, Codrington should be in the mix for a returner role with the Texans.
