Fantasy Impact:
Bailey played a big role in the run to the college football playoffs with Texas Tech last season, totaling 14.5 sacks, three pass deflections and three forced fumbles. Tennessee is meeting with both him and Indiana WR Omar Cooper Jr. on Wednesday.
