Jerry Jones says the game will dicatate if backup QB Kellen Moore plays

Per Jerry Jones "more than likely, your game will dictate how they play, if there's any playing time there for Kellen one way or the other. Obviously that's Jason's call." (dallasnews.com)
Fantasy Impact:
You can take Jerry-speak at any sort of value you choose but with that said this is the first time we have really heard the General Manager even hint at playing time for Moore, who took some reps with the first team this week. In typical Jerry fashion he did say it will be Jason Garrett's call, but it is not inconceivable to think that if the Cowboys are being blow out in the first half that we could see Moore get his chance in the second half. Regardless, you are not playing either quarterback under any circumstances this week or beyond.
