Rush was the starter for Atlanta in Week 1, and with Tua Tagovailoa (oblique) still not practicing, it looks like the starting nod in Week 2 will be between him and Michael Penix Jr. (knee). They were both practicing with the starters on Thursday, so it seems like the team has yet to make a decision on who will be at the helm for them against the Panthers this week.
