Adolphus Washington draws praise for his quickness off the snap

by Paul Alan | Tue, Feb 16th 9:46am EST

Adolphus Washington, the 6'3", 297 lb defensive tackle from Ohio State, will be one of the more intriguing defensive line prospects to watch at the 2016 NFL combine. His quickness and athleticism to burst off the snap have drawn praise, but his lower body strength is questioned. He uses upper body strengths to fight off blocks which can lead him to be off-balances often. He also was suspended from the National Championship game after he was arrested for solicitation. Fantasy Impact:

From initial reports, it doesn't appear that the solicitation arrest will hold teams back from investing in the defensive playmaker. He is currently projected as an early second day prospect.
