With the seventh pick in the third round of the 2016 NFL draft, the Baltimore Ravens have selected BYU defensive end Bronson Kaufusi.

The Ravens, having passed on versatile defensive end DeForest Buckner in round one in favor of OT Ronnie Stanley, have added a second player to their front seven on day two by selecting Bronson Kaufusi. With the size to play along Baltimore's three-man front at 6'6, 275 lbs., Kaufusi also has athleticism in spades, playing linebacker his junior year and varsity basketball his freshman year in college. This coach's son had an incredibly productive college career, tallying over 30 tackles for loss in just his final two years . He plays with a relentless motor and should effectively shore up the defense of a team that fell apart due to injuries and poor performance throughout last season.
