Leon Hall signs for one-year with the New York Giants

CB Leon Hall has signed a deal with the New York Giants for one year and can be worth up to $2M, Hall picked the Giants over the Bengals. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Hall, 31, had 55 tackles and two interceptions last season before his injury. The Giants are looking to improve their secondary and a leader like Hall is a great way to do that. I might even jump the Giants D/ST a notch or two if they can stay healthy.
