Diggs will play in Week 3 as he was limited in practice the end of this week for precautionary reasons. The young wideout could be in line for an increase in targets as Laquan Treadwell is a healthy scratch for the contest. Diggs should be considered a low-end WR2 in a difficult matchup versus the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.
