Parker fell victim to a struggling Dolphins offense which could not move the ball down the field and had QB Ryan Tannehill constantly on the run or getting sacked. There should be better days ahead for the second year wide receiver. If Miami can address their offensive line issues and Arian Foster can get back on the field the offense should open up giving Parker more opportunies for targets.
