Fantasy Impact:
Williams signed with the Steelers on Wednesday after begin reinstated into the NFL as the troubled running back served a four-game suspension for violating the league's substance abuse policy to start the 2016 season. Williams, a promising rookie in 2015, had a tumultuous offseason that ultimately led to his release from Buffalo. For fantasy football purposes, Williams has zero value on Pittsburgh's practice squad, but if an injury occurs to either Le'Veon Bell or DeAngelo Williams, he could flourish in the Steelers' offense if given the opportunity.
