Tank Bigsby Week 4 Outlook - Commanders at Eagles

Bigsby is a handcuff only. His snaps have dropped each week, with only 12% last week. The most interesting thing with Bigsby's usage so far is that my worries for Etienne at the goal line have been confirmed so far this season.
