Jakobi Meyers Fantasy Football Outlook (2026)

By Derek Brown (FantasyPros), Thu, Aug 13th 2026, 11:33am EDT

Last year, in Weeks 13-18, with Brian Thomas Jr. back in the lineup, Parker Washington doing his thing, and Trevor Lawrence playing with his hair on fire, Jakobi Meyers was the WR28 in fantasy points per game. During that six-game stretch, he was seeing a 22.6% target share and a 26.7% first-read share, producing 54.7 receiving yards per game, 1.62 yards per route run, and 0.094 first downs per route run (per Fantasy Points Data). Lawrence was playing at a level that was likely unsustainable to expect for him to continue for a full season, but that doesn't mean that Meyers can't be the WR2 in the offense this season and outkick his ADP cost. Meyers is best viewed as a possible WR3/flex option this season if Lawrence can pick up where he left off.
