Fantasy Impact
Noel only got two looks from C.J. Stroud on Sunday, but he had the longest gain of the day with a 35-yard pickup. The second-year receiver out of Iowa State has big-play potential every week, but he may not see enough volume to move beyond being a boom-or-bust fantasy option.
