Among 47 qualifying tight ends, Andrews is fourth in target share (21.9%), 16th in YPRR (1.64), ninth in first downs per route run (0.102), and fourth in first-read share (25.5%). Andrews has only one score while having five red zone targets and one deep target. Andrews could be a TE1 this week, but I think it's more likely he has a down week. Cleveland has allowed the tenth-fewest yards per target to tight ends while ranking 17th in fantasy points per opportunity to position.

Andrews limited PPR contribution was diminished by a lost fumble Sunday night. The veteran TE finished behind wide receivers Zay Flowers and Rashod Bateman in both catches and yards. Andrews is still a significant factor in the Ravens' offense, as he's caught 22 passes through five games. However, he's scored just once and is averaging barely over 8.0 yards per reception.
