| Andrew Erickson FantasyPros | Malik Nabers remains an elite talent, but his 2026 outlook is heavily tied to recovery from a complicated ACL injury that wiped out nearly all of his sophomore season. Before going down, Nabers was producing like a fantasy WR1 in the Giants' offense. The concern isn't ability - it's availability, especially after requiring a second procedure during rehab. Nabers still offers league-winning upside once fully healthy, but fantasy managers should build in the expectation of missed time and a slower early-season ramp-up. However Nabers seems more than likely to be available for Week 1 after avoiding the PUP list while participating at the start of the Giants' training camp. | Tetairoa McMillan wasted no time establishing himself as Carolina's clear-cut WR1, winning Offensive Rookie of the Year after nearly topping 1,100 receiving yards on 126 targets. The rookie standout commanded elite volume immediately, finishing with a 23% target share and massive 41% air yards share despite operating in a run-heavy offense. McMillan consistently delivered as Bryce Young's go-to option and flashed massive upside whenever the Panthers leaned into the passing game. After such a polished rookie campaign, T-Mac looks poised to make the jump into the fantasy WR1 conversation entering Year 2. |
| Derek Brown FantasyPros | Last year, before he was lost to a torn ACL (with subsequent meniscus damage), Malik Nabers was the WR9 in fantasy points per game. In Weeks 1-3, he drew a 26.4% target share with 83.7 receiving yards per game, 2.15 yards per route run, and a 41.5% first-read share (per Fantasy Points Data). Those are all elite WR1 per game numbers no matter how you slice it. The worry surrounding Nabers this season is the recovery from the devastating knee injury. The early returns in camp have been positive. Nabers looks good from the few practice routes I have seen, displaying good acceleration off the line and precision with his route breaks. There are also concerns with Matt Nagy's hiring as the new offensive coordinator for the Giants. I'm willing to buy into Nabers at his ADP with more and more positive reports coming out. I don't plan on being overweight on him this season across my leagues, but he has moved from my do-not-draft list to a player I'm willing to absorb the risk depending upon my team build. | |
