Tom Kuhnhackl scored two goals in the Islanders 5-2 win over Vancouver on Tuesday night. Kuhnhackl’s first was in the first period and his second in the third period.

Tom Kuhnhackl was the unlikely scoring star of Tuesday night’s game. Kuhnhackl who isn’t known for his scoring acumen put in 2 goals to bring his season totals up to 3 goals and 1 assist in 7 games. The grinding, German-born winger was playing on the third line with Valtteri Filppula and Leo Komarov on Tuesday and if Kuhnhackl can play there consistently he may start to get more points. All that being said, Kuhnhackl is not worth your fantasy consideration.
