Jason Pominville gets a goal and assist in Sabres win

Jason Pominville collected two points in the Sabres 3-2 win over the Wild on Saturday night. Pominville’s first point came on an assist on Rasmus Dahlin’s third period goal. Pominville followed that up with the game-winning goal in the third period as well.
Fantasy Impact:
Jason Pominville had cooled off from his hot start to the season heading into Saturday’s game against the Wild. Pominville got back on stride against the Wild with a two point game reuniting with old linemate Jack Eichel on both scoring plays. Pominville now has 9 goals and 8 assists through 20 games. No longer sharing regular line duty with Eichel, Pominville can’t be counted on to score at the rate he was earlier this season. That being said, Pominville is still worthy of being rostered in most fantasy formats and should be counted on for around 50 points.
