Mathew Barzal’s second period power play goal proved to be the game winner as the Islanders beat the Florida Panthers 3-1 on Thursday night. Barzal was able to finish off a great passing play from Jordan Eberle and Josh Bailey which gave the Islanders a 2-0 lead in the second period.
