Scott Perunovich to undergo shoulder surgery

Fantasy Impact:
This is a big blow for both the Blues and Perunovich in what was a potential breakout season. Perunovich tallied a hefty 22 points in 17 games with the AHL's Springfield Thunderbirds while he collected six assists in 19 NHL games with the Blues. A big-time point-producer in college at the University of Minnesota-Duluth, it appears his breakout campaign will have to wait another year.
