Justin Schultz could see decrease in scoring chances

Travis Yost noted on TSN today that in 2014-15, Justin Schultz ranked abnormally high in high percentage scoring attempts, even above top defensemen like Erik Karlsson and Oliver Ekman-Larsson. Even with that, Schultz only netted 31 points, nearly half of which came on the power play. (TSN)
Fantasy Impact:
You may be tempted to pick Schultz as your 2nd or 3rd defenseman based on the talent surrounding him, but be careful. Considering that Edmonton paid Andrej Sekera top dollars, Schultz will likely be moved off the top defensive pairing and potentially the top powerplay unit. Combine that with the likely unsustainable scoring chance data above, and he looks like a candidate for regression. Don't draft him above a Morgan Rielly or Jared Spurgeon type, and especially avoid him if you play in a plus/minus league.
