Morgan Geekie was able to light the lamp for the Bruins Saturday night, scoring two goals in a 3-2 win over the Red Wings.
Fantasy Impact:
Geekie has had a nose for the net of late, scoring goals in five of his last six games (eight goals) for the Bruins. The 27-year-old has offered head coach Marco Sturm one of the few stable offensive options as part of an inconsistent Boston lineup, tallying 26 points (20 goals, six assists) in 27 games so far this season.
