Tristan Jarry traded to Oilers

by Chris Schommer | Penguins Correspondent | Sat, Dec 13th 9:24am EST

The Pittsburgh Penguins have traded Tristan Jarry to the Edmonton Oilers along with Samuel Poulin in exchange for Stuart Skinner, Brett Kulak, and a 2029 second-round draft pick according to Frank Seravalli. (Frank Seravalli on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Jarry will now get the opportunity to play behind an Edmonton squad led by superstars Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl that fell victim to inconsistent goaltending throughout the season to this point. The 30-year-old netminder carries a 2.66 GAA and .909 save percentage in 14 appearances (13-9-3, one shutout) while splitting time with Arturs Silovs in the Pittsburgh net prior to the trade.
