Brady Tkachuk was able to find the back of the net for the Senators Thursday night, scoring one goal in an 8-2 loss to the Avalanche.

Tkachuk has heated up in the offensive zone of late, recording points in five of his last seven games (two goals, three assists) for the Senators. The 26-year-old continues to offer head coach Travis Green an imposing power forward option in the Ottawa lineup, tallying 21 points (eight goals, 13 assists) in 23 games so far this season.
